Great Choice!
This hotel is in a great location with an excellent staff and amenities. We’d definitely stay here again on another trip to London. Some rooms are snug, but clean, comfy and quiet.

Outstanding service from the hotel staff - they were amazing from check in to leaving. They couldn’t do enough for us. Jerry in particular was so friendly and went over and beyond. Fabulous location and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Ampersand! The location is excellent and the proximity to the South Kensington tube station and Circle line is incredible. The staff were all kind and welcoming, and our room was lovely. We were fortunate to get upgraded from our booked room class, the room we received was spacious and very comfortable with fun little luxuries like heated bathroom floors and a television in the bathtub. The space and science-related decor in the hotel is beautiful and a fun complement to their teas. The included minibar was so convenient! A small thing but such a nice touch. We would not hesitate to return!

Amazing hotel. Loved everything about it. Many posh hotels charge for every little thing- not so here. Complimentary water, coffee, tea, milk, soda, cookies and popcorn daily. Beautifully clean- smells great and has wonderful toiletries. Excellent, kind staff and ideal location. Literally no complaints whatsoever.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at the Ampersand. Clean, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff. The location is perfect - easy access to the tube and can walk to many locations as well. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!
