Good place to stay
I thought the hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was quite small but adequate. Unfortunately the room overlooked a main road and the noise at night was quite bad, especially the Saturday night when a person in a very loud and noisy car decided to keep driving up and down the road for some time, this of course is not the fault of the hotel

Lovely hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfasts are unfortunately another matter. Food was cold and not replenished quickly enough. No coffee or tea as machine broken. Shoud of had something else in place apart from that enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel
Lovely hotel to stay in, rooms were spacious and very clean. It was kept warm and we had room service every day. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Good position of hotel with regular bus routes outside.

Amazing location, easy to get to and from airport and also into the centre. Really nice room, we were able to leave our bags there when we checked out while we explored, enjoyed our stay!

Pleasant Surprise
Booked 2 rooms and there great. Air conditioning worked extremely well. The shower hot water was very hot so pay attention to the controls, ouch!! The reception were courteous and booking in was a breeze. A short distance from Gloucester Rd tube station is a short walk and so are the museums. All in all I would stay there again.

We stayed two nights, arrived by tube service, and walked to the hotel. The hotel has several places to grab lunch or dinner close (within walking distance), and it also has one big supermarket and a smaller one within walking distance (3 blocks). The room was clean and comfortable, but it did not have a refrigerator, and the mattress was not the most comfortable one I have slept in. The hotel location is perfect, with elevators, which is excellent when you have luggage to carry on.
