My airport pick up and check in was not as smooth as expected. I phoned the hotel requesting pick up but could not find my email and the girl that was in the van was not polite at all, even if I kept apologizing almost humiliated me in front of other guests before allowing me to get on the van even if I explained that I was staying for 4 nights. The girl driving was a bit better. Then she got out the van walked in front of me and went behind the the desk looking at me. Not even saying welcome... nothing! Then I said, oh are you going to check me in? so she was the same who did the check in and never bothered to give me any details about the hotel. I had to ask the typical questions to ensure I was properly checked in. The check out was a bit better, done by someone else, but they didn't bother mentioning how was my stay & that there was a van that could drop me off at the airport. I knew but they should have taking the initiative as saw me with suitcases. I got an email later (after check out) from Expedia advising such service. Overall, the hotel is ok / clean but NOT the members of the staff at the front desk. I felt like they were doing me a favour. I must say that their Customer Service needs improving. They should make the visitors feel welcome but specially the girl that checked me in was just tired and needs to go do something else not work at the front desk if she doesn't like people and doesn't smile at all...
