"It was lovely. we stayed in the Braid Lodge. It was clean, well decorated and warm. The only criticism would be the state of the TV remote control which was filthy."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The welcome tray was the best welcome tray that we have come across. We have one complaint. There was no shower gel or shampoo. We would return."

"Wonderfully sited house near the beach, the mere and places of interest. A sheltered garden (Thorpeness can be windy), a well stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated (Think St Ives school of painting). Fresh fish can be bought on the beach.
