Dear Sir or Madam, I’m writing to express my disappointment with my stay at the Maritim Hotel in Germany tonight. The room was not clean, with visible dust and stains on the furniture, and the air conditioning was broken, making it uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the staff was unresponsive when I reported these issues, which was stained linens, and despite booking for wired broadband, the connection was completely unusable. Please address this issue and consider a refund or compensation. Sincerely,. Very disappointing!!!!

we stayed here just for a night to catch an early morning flight - there were some long lines in the evening at the check-in desk due to a cancelled connection at the airport, which took a few minutes to figure out and get through. Once in our room, we slept very well. Everything was exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious.

Asked when reserving for 4 non feather pillows. Had to call housekeeping, lady arrived promptly with 2 none feather pillows. Told me that I could only have 2 as they were large pillows. The lady from housekeeping was foreign, possibly Turkish and very unfriendly. Air conditioning dies not work in rooms 693 & 694 why???? Overpriced food in the “pub/bar style”. Asked if portion of chips were reasonable size with burger, lady said if I’d like more could order a side order when food arrived. Small basket of chips, so ordered side order which arrived long after finishing. Is it too much to ask for a beef burger to be cooked through? Not a fan of medium rare burger in the middle. Hence the very average review, perhaps should have stated at the Sheraton. Would not return.

Convenience and value

Chosen for its proximity to the airport (7 minute walk from reception to terminal), the hotel did not disappoint. Large room with a comfortable bed, excellent wi-fi, good bathroom, nice pool and small gym, great breakfast buffet and good service. What's not to like?!
