Really convenient if you are arriving on a late flight or catching an early one the next day, since it takes more than hour to or from Tokyo by bus or train from Narita Airport. Room and service OK, shuttle bus to and from airport every half hour. I would single out their restaurant which is really good. I had dinner and breakfast there which were expensive but worth it. You might prefer to eat in the hotel rather than at the airport itself.

I came back the hotel again! Airport bus service is so great . So delicious meal. Nice stuff and hot tub(I love mist shower) I love convenience shop in the hotel(like local 7-eleven and pharmacy store) Just l felt noisy fridge in midnight.

This was the cleanest hotel that we stayed in Japan. This includes the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay and Ana Crowne Kyoto. Staff is abrupt and bizarre. We booked a second night since we had an evening flight. The hotel charged $60 to extend the check out to 4 pm. For 10 dollars more, we could stay another night. The logic of this seems to evade the staff. Local area sucks. It is a 5 minute ride from Narita airport. It is about 15 minutes from the Aonmall and 10 minutes from the town of Narita. Both are cool. However, the shuttle bus is rather inopportune. We ended up cabbing everywhere for $10. Appreciate the sanitation. The breakfast absolutely sucks.

It's an airport hotel so there isn't a lot nearby. Other than that the shuttle service was extremely helpful. Check in & check out was easy. The room was in great condition. We only stayed overnight between flights so we did not get to explore much of the hotel.

I liked that it was super close to Narita airport. I didn't like that there was NO opportunity for an "early" check in. We were only going to be there for less than a day, as I had to check out of my place in Tokyo city and my flight out of Narita was at 9pm. There should be an opportunity for people like me to book a "day room". That way, if you have rooms available, let people check in at 11am!! You will make money on rooms that might otherwise be empty! But I don't know the logistics that would be involved in that. I know there are lockers and showers at the Narita airport. Unfortunately, I might have to choose to do that next time! As it was, by the time I checked in (Our fault, we had gone shopping at Aeon Mall), it was after 4pm, and we left about 6pm!! oh well. Live and learn...
