Excellent service! ALL staff were very friendly. The complimentary coffee was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great too. The building and rooms were clean. Next time I visit, I will definitely be booking here again.

Great Location
Location was great as it is a short walk to the northern most subway stop for easy access to Toronto. Also close to popular shopping destinations. Pool and fitness room seemed sufficient though we didn’t have time to use them. Hotel bartender was friendly and the Sleeman was well priced.

The room had a strong urine smell. Front desk was made aware of this issue. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway of the third floor. Garbage in the parking area and front entrance including green bag in a tree and beer cans etc. in front lawn. Slide is apparently closed permanently - pics should be removed from website. (False advertisement) Hot tub was cool in temperature and both doors were propped wide open into the pool from inside to hotel as well as the door heading outside - huge safety concerns- camera should show this.

It was really nice to be able to park and take metro to downtown Toronto. The slide was inoperable, however, my grand-daughter enjoyed the pool anyway.

The hotel is not kept up with general maintenance as it appears to be headed for closure in the distant future due to the fact that it is so valuable property wise.

The property was close to everything which was great but it felt rundown. The room was ok but a lot of things didn’t work properly, the toilet barely flushed, bathroom door didn’t close all the way and if it did you struggled to get it open. Everything including the bar was closed by 11pm. Breakfast was extremely limited and the water slide shown on the site was broken down and had been for over a year. Overall it was ok but I don’t think I’d book there again unless I had to.

Pool was by far the dirtiest I’ve ever seen out of all the years I’ve been travelling. Staff just passed it off when brought up. I would expect more from a Hilton total let down for the high price of it.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall cleanliness was good. My son used the pool and said it was really nice. Very convenient location to subway station and bus stop, there's also a cafe nearby and some excellent restaurants within walking distance.
