Bathroom shower was broken and no instructions on how to use the microwave convention oven. Also smoked alarm went off on Friday. There was no communication or OH&S to guide or communicate to guests. Only warning message over speaker. As guest we needed to enquire where to go or what was happening. On investigation told it was false due to a system error.

Parking fees were alittle steep but being from the country not used to paying for parking when you go to a hotel 🙂 staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant downstairs was super delicious as well as friendly and helpful, all in all a very positive experience 👍

Good location but staff had no knowledge of services or local area, multiple miscommunications including check out time which was listed on file but were approached early requesting to leave. The walls in elevator were coming away and our bathroom door didn't close, didn't have a fan. Were advised there was room service when called to find book they stated not available turn on tv and could order from restaurant downstairs ... Very basic sign in. Given parking pass after paying which didn't work any time we left and returned and when we got back at night reception were at the door but wouldn't open and we had to figure out our pass opened the doors which was not explained at check in. I mean it was a nice enough spot and appreciated the balcony but there's alot that could be improved. Room cleaning came at 3pm which was a very odd time when we were getting ready to go out... So I declined. Artwork is bizarre but I had a good time with the company.

Location was excellent However the address is wrong on their website so do not drive to StKilda road as its in Aurther Street. I did not like that their was no information on the table or bench to read what the motel has on offer. Also, no telephone within the room.
