Very bad experience. I arrived at the hotel around 6 o'clock. There was a female receptionist at the front desk, who seemed to be of Indian descent. She had a bad attitude and answered my questions impatiently. After completing the formalities and giving me the room key, she did other things. She didn't tell us how to get to the room, where to take the elevator... (We couldn't find it, so we went back to the front desk and asked another female receptionist) There was no service...

The facility is good and staff ae friendly. But, the facility on the lower floors (which we stay this time) may need some renovation. Carpets are not clean. Meeting table needs better cleaning. Curtains need replacement. A year ago, we stay at the corner unit also, buy higher floor. It was much better.

The carpet wasn't clean at all. Electric vehicle charging station was not working properly. I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. Overall, not a really bad experience, but wasn't worth the price.

My room had numerous lights that did not work, the AC barely worked even after adjustment. Construction noise from the floor below or above impeded rest. Food from room service was very poor. At best a hamburger that was frozen and reheated for a premium price.
