Quiet hotel and polite staff. We had an issue with the television in our room the night we checked in, the staff at the front desk moved us to a new room without any issues. We are booked in for New year's eve at the same hotel :)

We enjoyed our stay as a family overall. The pool and spa were lovely. Room was good, linens were clean. My only comment would be that the tub looked clean but when I went to swish water around the bottom I could feel that the sides were not clean so I stuck to showering instead. It was fine for the price.

I love that it is pet friendly, but you can’t tell because the rooms were well kept. Unfortunately the hallways and doors are all scratched up from the cleaning crews carts, just a detail that was hard not to notice because behind all that you can see that the decor was lovely.
