For a Hilton hotel, left a lot lacking. Hotel was too big and you could feel the attention to detail was lacking. Rooms dated (which is fine) however house keeping was sub par. Lots of details missing such as not replacing cups or finish making beds. Rooms not sound proofed & lots of noise from air conditioning. Great location.
Lounge menu a bit rubbish, the only good thing was one of the hot meals over a three night stay otherwise just cheese
staff are EXCELLENT though!!

My room was freezing cold. Outside would have been warmer, which is saying something for London in January.
After leaving my bag there following my initial check-in, I returned late at night and it was so cold that if I had slept there I would surely have gotten sick.
I was unable to raise the temperature and, after too long a wait (which was somewhat understandable given the late hour), maintenance was unable to fix it and I had to change room.
And, of course, I was woken at 8:45am by housekeeping banging on the door because I hadn't left the Privacy sign outside the new room.
All of my interactions with staff were friendly and I have no issues with any individual but no-one should ever have been put in that room.

The heating system is not working and we had to call the maintenance man to fix it and he couldn’t then they offered me a portable heater which helped a little bit to worm the room.

We thought the hotel was great in the lobby and restaurant and all the staff seemed lovely. Food had a wide variety and was delicious.
Our room was tired and dusty, carpets were marked and wardrobe had damage near the tea station. Rubbish and food bits under the bed and had to ask for sofa bed bedding, as none was in the room, this took quite a while for it to arrive. The bathroom was letting off a dirty drain smell and we had to keep the door shut!

Got a Hilton hotel - my expectations were high. But this was a very ordinary stay.
I was ignored by three different team members at check-in meaning I waited over 20 minutes.
The toilet door handle was broken, the carpet was worn and damaged, and the room felt generally untidy and unclean. Overall, the condition of the hotel did not reflect a four star standard at all, especially given the price of nearly two hundred pound per night. Check in was also disappointing. The receptionist was not welcoming and came across as rude, which made the experience even worse. Based on this stay, I would not choose to stay here again.
