The hotel and room was a mix of renovated and some dated items. Room were cleaned properly and efficiently. The bathrooms were immaculate, however the some elements of the main bedroom area were dated. Staff were very welcoming at check in and the food in the restaurant was very good and excellent service. Under ground parking area felt very old, quite dirty in a dungeon type of manner….but it was free and okay to access. Overall I had a positive 3 night stay, however there were some noisy guests on the Saturday night, but not unexpected during Christmas holiday party time. I did notice staff members doing walk throughs during the evening l, which was nice

My stay was a 4 day business trip. The hotel was very clean and staff very attentive. I ordered room service one and it came very quick. The room attendant was so friendly, each morning she asked if I needed anything. Hotel is close to a number of restaurants, I would definitely go back

All staff we encountered we very friendly - front desk, housekeeping, and especially the waiters in the dining room at breakfast. Plenty of parking outside and garage, spacious, clean, excellent food, and conveniently located.

What an incredible property. I have passed by a few times and didn't realize how big the property is. Customer service is on its game! Special thanks to Fazia (sorry if I got it wrong) at front desk. From the over the phone to in person interaction, this is how service is done! Clean rooms, swimming pools and amenities. I can't wait to visit again.

I asked the staff if we can check out a bit later than the normal 12pm. They helped me to extend to 1pm. The staffs are so nice. And youll jave 10 dollar credit for the Starbucks or restaurant in th lobby.:) Will definitely come back next time.
