The room is always clean and well-maintained. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful, making every stay enjoyable. This has been our first choice whenever we visit Toronto, and after several years, it’s clear that the property continues to be well cared for and maintained at a high level. The only downside is that the room rates have become quite pricey and have increased significantly over the years.

Overall the stay was great, only thing I’d have negative to say is the walls are pretty thin, the people staying in a room directly above us was pretty loud with their voices at 2am. Otherwise would highly recommend to couples
