Generally, it's a good hotel. Comfortable, nice staff, rooms and facilities in good conditions.
For a couple of days the hotel was full, and everything was fine, the pool was clean, the waterfall (part of the pool's filtering system) was on, clean towels were available on the pool without request.
Suddenly it became half-empty, and the common services were "downgraded": the breakfast was moved to a worse location, the pool was not clean, waterfall was off despite our requests, etc.
