The roof top restaurant was closed and the staff on check in didn't mention this or advise how to use the lift with the swipe card. The position of the Hotel to the airport was great.

Convenient to airport short cab ride to twin towns for a concert, complimentary parking there was none cost another $25 for parking near by overall not a bad place.

The rooftop bar which is a feature of this property is no longer accessible for guests. The restaurant has a limited menu and is basically self service. The breakfast (free) was average but no service and sachets of instant coffee are an insult to the average patrons, given that it is an expensive hotel to stay!

Not good enough….
Very spacious modern room - have stayed here before. Unfortunately the all important rooftop bar was closed! Apparently the new owner of the hotel thinks it should only be for functions where as previously it’s for all to enjoy…not good enough! We were very disappointed at checkin when they said it was closed- all advertising we saw said it was open…..will stay in Kirra next time - at least we will have an awesome view!

What an amazing stay we had. Great service, friendly staff and very keen to help. Room was clean and well laid out. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and ghe breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Would highly recommend this hotel.
