Tucson Winter evenings can be cool, so enjoy the gas fireplace in the great room. Clean, quiet, nice sized space for our group. Beds, bedding, linens all comfortable and nice. Kitchen was well appointed with all utensils, dishwater, silverware and glassware anyone would need.The vrbo listing, pictures and descriptions, clearly depicted the property. The views of the mountains were spectacular from the back yard. A clean, quiet neighborhood close to shopping and entertainment.

Quiet, clean, nice amenities
We enjoyed the property. Initially I was concerned about its distance from the city but the drive is a straight shot with on turn to get to the interstate. The hot tub was lovely, the kitchen and bathrooms well appointed, and the beds were comfortable with plenty of available blankets for the cool evenings.I would hope to stay here again. Communication from the owner was easy.

Perfect Christmas Vacation
House was perfect for our mini Christmas Vacation. We really enjoyed the beautiful backyard and heated pool/spa. Neighborhood was very nice with a small community park for the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Tucson Visit
Would highly recommend this property. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The backyard space is a lovely place to soak in some sun. Restaurants and stores were easily accessible. Traveled with four guests in total including a teenager who enjoyed the property. Todd was accommodating and very welcoming. Would stay here again.

scary situation / beautiful home
The house was amazing, however, I had an issue with Todd that I was not happy about. I had called Todd twice on the phone within the first day of the stay, which was great, he was able to solve any issue or question I had at the time. During my stay, I was at the house and my children were napping and Todd had enter the house, without ANY communication, to drop off a toddler bed and highchair, and then left. I had NO idea he had even entered the house until I noticed the toddler bed and highchair in the closet. I called Todd to make sure it was him that entered, without ANY communication, and he confirmed it was him that dropped it off and that he forgot the house was rented but " since he was already here that he would drop it off anyways". I was not happy about this situation as it could have ended differently as my children were sleeping and I had NO idea he was even in the house. I did not rent a car so there was no indication that I was there. Very scary situation being in an area away from home.

Family stay for a Tucson Wedding
Our first time in Tucson for a wedding and this property was the highlight. Todd was easy to work with and accessible- and due to availability we were able to get into the property immediately when we landed - score!! The house is comfortable and clean but the backyard was where we lived. The pool and spa were soooooooo enjoyable. We all agreed that if we found ourselves in Tucson again we would stay here again. Thank you Todd for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We really enjoyed this house. It was perfect and exactly what we needed. We came to town for our son’s wedding, and were able to relax a bit. Our grandsons loved the pool. We loved that the house included so much that we were unable to pack and bring with us.

Spring in Tucson
Property was clean and well maintained. We loved the location up in Oro Valley. The back yard was fabulous with pool, spa, putting green, and outdoor kitchen. Didn’t hurt the weather was fabulous when we were there. Cooked all are meals out at the outdoor kitchen on the BQ and burner. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful home. Very comfortable. Lovely backyard. Todd was great about communicating with us. We vacationed with another couple and the home had everything we needed. We hiked Sabino Canyon, Mount Lemmon (with a stop at the cookie cottage), and Saguaro National Park. We enjoyed downtown Tucson and seeing the university. We day tripped to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We really enjoyed the Sonora Desert Museum. We ate at the Redbird Scratch kitchen restaurant which was delicious and ended our trip with a sun set horse ride through Saguaro national park which had spectacular views. We probably should not have paid extra to heat the pool since we weren’t at the house enough to enjoy it, and it was slightly murky which we informed Todd of late in the week. The hot tub was great.

Wonderful Tucson stay in the sun!
We have stayed in many VRBO properties from the East coast to the West coast and this property is one of the nicest, clean, and well-stocked properties we have ever stayed at. All bedding and linen were in great shape, the pool was sparkling and the grill was clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the property included a first-aid kit which came in handy with our boo boo prone grandson. He also did not want to leave the property and wanted to stay permanently. Thanks Todd for being so responsive to any of our inquiries!! We will definitely stay again when we are back in Tucson!

Golf/Gem show weekend
Very nice property with many nice golf courses near by. Also hiking trails near by, great restaurants, and nice quiet neighborhood. Backyard is very nice and private area for relaxing. Unfortunately we had a few days with rain. Host was good to answer questions and made access very easy. We would definitively rent this again. Thank you for sharing this home.

Great Stay for a Week in Tucson
Great property in a nice location. Lots of natural light with views of the mountains. Having a good sized kitchen was very nice as well. Overall a great stay for us to see some of Tucson and made a good home base for the Gem & Mineral shows. Todd was very kind and helpful with useful guides on things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay again on another trip!
