Very clean. Bed was not comfortable. Had to go to reception for towels and soap. Also a separate trip for batteries for the remote. Low price was main positive. Again, it was very clean.

Super Inn had me feeling safe knowing there was security on property, security Duane was on it and made feel secure, observing how he questioned everyone comimg on to the property.

Very low budget. No towels, no phones, no remotes, you have ask for everything. They don't answer the phone! You have to keep running back & forth. One of the rooms reserved through app was supposed to be a queen bed was a full. It was about 6-8 inches thick maybe & box spring was torn. No matress cover, holes on sheets & thin over blanket covering. Would not change them out I sleped on yltop of sheets. Counters all burnt from cigarettes in bathroom & roon smelled of cigarettes & is requested non- smoking. I am disappointed. Wondering if I'd a paid $70-$80 whether I'd got a better room or if others are paying out the nose for below standards as well?

There is no shower curtains, nor toilet paper. I dont care how cheap you are, you must at least have the most basics. You cannot offer on expedia regardless of price a place without any basic necessities. I would of been ok with bugs, a dirty room, but NO TOILET PAPER OR SHOWER CURTAIN AND TOWELS! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Expedia, take them off your site or have them at least clean up their act.

Motel in a rough area of town. The cleanliness maintenance and staff of motel were excellent. I felt like alot of care is taken to insure the safety of guests and their property while at the motel... just be mindful that it may not be the safest neighborhood to stay in! Excellent price for what you get though... very satisfied with my stay!
