It was a decent hotel to stay at for 2 nights if you wanted to go to a cultural festival nearby or the museums. Quite a long walk to the center of Ubud but all downhill, so manageable. Return by taxi if you're not a strong walker. The room was large with outside bathroom, so lots of mozzies. Toiletries provided but low quality so bring your own or buy at nearby 7-11. Lighting dim, so hard to tell if towels were white or grey, but definitely clean. Bed was comfortable, with mozzie net. No TV set and weak wi-fi signal in the last room, so if you travel with kids, bring alternative entertainment. Pool cashew-shaped with sunken bar & concrete stools, so a bit hard to navigate if you want to swim laps. Water warm, nice garden round the pool, with a gazebo to relax in with a book at the end of the garden. Beach towels available at the front office so you need to get them first before you take a dip.
