Upper West Side all inclusive resorts

A nice, human- scale NYC hotel well away from the insanity of the tourist areas served by day-trip buses. We had no issues with anything during our 4 day stay during the week before Christmas. Shower/bathroom and beds were particularly nice. We especially liked the three-tier shelving over the toilet for our stuff. The bathroom tilework was beautiful in room 1206. Other guests were mostly older (40-60) couples and we saw few kids- which for us is a blessing. The bar and lounge area was relaxing and comfortable during the evenings and appeared to be a destination spot for younger couples after 10pm. Drink service was friendly and professional. Overall we would make an effort to stay at the Wallace again.

This place was ok. I didn't have a refrigerator in our room. Very small room and bathroom. Rooms and hallways need updates. Frontdesk very sweet.

Perfect for a night on the upper west side

Love this hotel because the rooms are good-sized and they have a real kitchenette. Drawers AND big closets. Staff are very nice. Handy location.
