Not great experience
I am not really satisfied with the service I received. The hotel doesn't change on a daily basis your bedsheets and they only clean your room every fourth day just when I booked only for 3 nights!!! Airconditioning was not blowing fully cold air and didn't make any difference in terms of the room temperature as during my stay was very hot outside between 24th of June and 27th of June. On my second day, the alarm went off in the building and the hotel failed to notify us what was going on so expect absolutely a lack of communication from them. Also, the hotel doesn't have normal TV channels available if you want to watch Dutch channels or international channels like CNN, BBC News or Discovery channel but instead you're expected to use Youtube or Netflix as the alternative. There is no reception available downstairs as you will need to use self-service when checking in and my experience was not that great at all because the system simply couldn't find me in the beginning, so you will have to call someone from the hotel who will come down to sort this out which in effect only adds more unnecessary waiting time. So if I have to give a rating I rate this hotel a solid 2 stars and would I come back again to this hotel? I highly doubt it!
