A 5 Star Experience - Truly a Home Away from Home

The reception staff went above and beyond, offering a warm welcome and efficiently addressing any inquiries. Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for a delightful stay, making us feel valued as guests. The room service was exceptional, catering to our needs promptly and with a genuine willingness to make our stay memorable. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The gym staff demonstrated a high level of expertise, making our fitness routine enjoyable. Their friendly encouragement and personalized assistance added a personal touch to the fitness experience. The dining staff, especially in the kitchen and room service, were outstanding. They not only prepared delicious meals but also took the time to understand and cater to our daughter's preferences. Their effort to introduce her to Indian cuisine and ensure she relished every bite was a heartwarming gesture. Panipuris were the best amd memorable.
The entire hotel staff made us feel like an extended family, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the kitchen to the room service, everyone seemed genuinely invested in ensuring our comfort, making my family feel cherished and at home.
Checked in and checked out same day felt like I was at Motel6 in the states. Bathroom was run down and old and so was the room and the hallways seemed like nothing was ever updated. Save your self and stay at court yard Marriot which was a actual 5 star hotel
The location is good for my office but the property was undergoing renovation starting around 830 in the morning. This meant being woken up every day by drilling, hammering etc. I will find a new hotel and use a car service.
I am really impressed on our 5 days stay at the hotel- stuff went over and helped us in every way- I would like to thank everyone in the kitchen who made our stay more wonderful- Hiren, Neelima,Malavika and of course the chef Tanayi)who made my first time of enjoying the best food- Also I want to say the guys who are there when we first enter in - Hats off to the high security that they have- And never the list Vikram-(housekeeping) a big thank you for making my stay so comfortable- I sure will be back- thankyou
