Overall, it’s a decent spot! The dog in the lobby is a major perk! A few mild complaints- the staff seems pretty disorganized and struggles to communicate who is doing what. For example, I checked in and received my key only to be told a few minutes later that my room wasn’t actually ready and to give the key back. Not a huge deal. Then I finally get to my room 30 ish minutes later, the front desk staff tells me the staff will bring my up luggage. They did not. I went down a half hour or so later to collect it myself. My room was 80 degrees when I walked in and didn’t adjust to my thermostat settings. The maintenance person had to come and did fix it but it required multiple hours to cool the room. Needless to say it was a very hot night.

First time in Vail. Tivoli Lodge is perfectly situated so you can walk to the village for shopping and restaurants. Our room was quiet and spacious and nicely appointed.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. You’ll pay $50 plus tip for a buffet breakfast that is no better, if not as good, as free breakfasts at most mid-range hotels, however, in the off season. Might expect that in Veil, but there are better places to eat in the area.
