We had a weekend getaway here during the off season. It was so quiet and peaceful. The staff has to be the nicest I have ever experienced. The bed was so comfortable, the view was breathtaking, the room had everything you could need. I highly recommend skipping the other fancier hotels and go with this humble cozy place.

Tivoli is incredibly convenient and accessible to both ski gondolas and Vail Village. We stayed during off-season which was great because it was quiet and calm. We also think that because of this, we could tell the staff was ready for their off-season break/reset. Bartender begrudgingly served my husband a drink to take to our room at 9:00 pm on a Saturday. It was hard to walk to a bar as few were open and the sign directly out of the hotel warned of active bear feeding in the area. We would definitely come back but would be hopeful for better service moving forward.

The hotel looks pretty, but I didn’t get my upgrade based on my Expedia VIP status. I got the room above the entrance on 2nd floor. it was very noisy. Also, The room smelled like Clorox when I arrived. I did get a bottle of white wine that I have to carry to my room. Location is at walking distance to village. Staff was nice. Got charge the resort fee. There is no pool, so not sure what that was for. I didn’t use the hot tub. Only kids were using it. So this should be waived or not charge at all.
