This hotel is very dated. The bathrooms for sure need updating. The kitchen is ok. The mattresses need updating. My husband asked for something at the front desk and they said they would bring it up. Two hours later he went down again and they had no idea what he was talking about. Lots and lots of kids teams during our stay. The lobby and breakfast room are nice. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

I didn't like that the air conditioner in the room was leaking, completely soaking the floor to the bedroom. It was pretty bad, but oh well, things happen. What was more disappointing is that the staff didn't really offer any consolation. They said they'd offer me points for my next stay, but only if I signed up and enrolled in their program. Conditional accountability... it just all really came off as insincere.

The breakfast was definitely the highlight of this hotel. Lots of choices that included changes in the two days we stayed there. Interesting additions like a really nice salsa for eggs and fried rice. The staff was amazing any time we asked for anything, very helpful. The only issue we had was when we tried to go to the pool and hot tub on the first day our eyes were burning due to the excess of chlorine. I assume this is from the weekend of many children but it made our pool time cut short. It was better the second day.

Overall the hotel was average, the area is kind of scarce with not much around but quiet and peaceful with some entertainment activities and dining near by. Pool needed more maintenance and cleaning
