My room was on the first floor and because they have removed the carpiting and replaced it with vinal wood flooring through out, the noise level from above was unreal. 3 AM people stomping around upstairs and droping things on the floor.

The bathroom was gross Hair on the floor and in the tub. Stains on the ceiling and walls…missing tiles, mild/mildew along the top of the shower walls. The tap at the dunk was leaking water all over the counter and floor. The carpet throughout the room was stained and dirty. So bad that m family did not want to take their shoes and socks off. The room is in desperate need of cleaning and renovating.
