Fantastic location. Bedrooms nice - clean. Limited staff as it's a new concept hotel where everything is self service - not always ideal when you have questions/need a human to talk to.

Comfortable and clean
Property is clean and comfortable. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. However, there is nothing in the room except bedding, towels and soap. No glasses for water or ice, no coffee maker……. Other than that, the room was lovely and the view, amazing.

Beautiful views in a contemporary, cool and comfortable atmosphere. Nice rooms. Great access to bike trails, gondola, lake. Not bad for kids but not particularly child-friendly. Biggest problem was sleep with road noise (even on higher floor) while needing to keep window open for air.

2 star at a 4 * price: really just a bikers hostel
Good building, spoilt by greedy money-saving management. Target market is clearly 20-something year-old mountain bikers; who don't care if: - there is not even ONE clothes hanger, ONE chair or ONE glass (in bathroom for teeth etc). - the cleaning is only once every 5 days - NOT EVEN the TINY waste bin gets emptied in those 5 days; nor are there spare 3? litre waste bags provided. - parking though paid for is OVERSOLD, so good luck finding a space (If they spent the money to PAINT LINES they might fit more cars.) - the busy road means you need good earplugs ALL NIGHT. - the automated checkin refuses any entry before 16.00; even though rooms are ready hours before that - Reservations staff ignore/don't see posted requests My advice? Unless you're a mountain biker, go to Davos instead. Much more interesting destination, much better hotels at fairer prices.

The property is in a perfect place for ski in ski out and convenient with a bus stop away from both Lenzerheide and Valbella. The no frills approach was fine for our group but a common area to hang out or (at least a place to sit) would have been appreciated. We hope to visit again.

Neueres Hotel mit Aussicht
Schneller checkin via Automat, schönes Zimmer mit beqemem, grossem Bett und zweckmässigem Badezimmer... Alles was man für einen Wochenendaufenthalt benötigt. Ausserdem sehr zu emfehlen ist die Bar mit grosser Bierkarte und vielen weiteren Drinks sowie dem sehr gutem Kaffee zum Frühstück.

In Ordnung, aber...
Eigentlich ganz in Ordnung. Ich habe aber den Fehler gemacht und ein "Top Floor" Zimmer für einen Aufpreis gebucht und mir wurde dann erklärt, dass der dritte Stock (von 4) auch Top Floor ist. Alles klar. Ich habe dann beschlossen dem keinen Glauben zu schenken und mich verschaukelt gefühlt. Parken kostet natürlich auch. Sonst aber nette Leute, kleine aber saubere Zimmer. Gute Lage, gleich neben der Bergbahn. Aber, wie gesagt... mich sieht man dort nicht mehr.

The hotel has an amazing view and is near to the Gondel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But there was no personal checking service. We have do the checking in at a self check-in terminal which I find very impersonal and our reservation number did not work. Plus I have to enter the personal information of all the guests again, which took a lot of time and this information I already provided to E-booker when I did the booking.

Uncomplicated Hotel with an amazing view. Top
Für 1-2 Nächte ist es super. Simple aber an der Bett und Bettwäsche Qualität fehlt es nicht. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich aber man hört die strasse recht gut. Zum einkaufen ist es abgelegen und da es nicht auf den Zimmern hat muss man vorher Einkaufen gehen. Aber für aktivitäten ist es super gelegen. Es war mein erstes 3* seit über 10j und hatte definitiv schlechtere 5* Hotel. Es lohnt sich die Kosten bei der Reception und nicht an der Bequemlichkeit zu sparen. Super System. We will be back.
