Honestly the staff were great day one on arrival. Afterwards, especially on check out day, they were quick to give snarky responses. When asked about fees we started to receive on our credit card app they waved us off and told to forget about it. When a group of really loud people kept coming back around our hotel (water facing) we called the staff to please ask them to leave or lower volume but no one answered… We unfortunately got sick during our stay and left a tissue on the bed, the next night when we were getting into bed we found the same tissue. By the pillow area so cleanliness was out the door. Honesty get yourself another hotel

El hotel es bueno en general. El servicio es bueno. El desayuno maravilloso y la ubicación excelente. Pero a mi modo de ver la habitación que me tocó con mi esposo estaba regular. Era limpia pero los muebles ( espejo, y gabeteros) un poco desgastados. Es decir la habitación era buena pero sugiero que hagan una renovación de las habitaciones. Por lo demás tuve un trato excelente y buena atención.

The location was wonderful. It was steps from the Rialto canal stop for ease in getting around. I had a view of the Rialto Bridge from my room. The staff was helpful with questions. The hotel itself was dated and not in a historic way. I'm guessing 1980s. The bed was hard and so were the pillows. Thin and hard. Regardless, i would stay there again just for the location.

A bit disappointed
To be honest a bit disappointed. Hotel felt a bit tired and in need of some refurb. Room was rather small but that may be usual for Venice. Our room seemed to be above a bar. Noisy both in the evening and morning with staff and supplies arriving first thing. On the positive side the hotel was centrally located.

The Rialto Hotel is very conveniently located right at the Rialto Bridge. The room was nice and the canal view is awesome. The downside is that it’s so noisey from tourists, boats and the bar below the rooms that we had very little sleep for 4 nights. We would not stay there again just be cause of this and the rooms are no way soundproof. Too bad because it’s beautiful and the staff especially the breakfast staff are great!

This was a great finding. The hotel it’s simple (not luxury) but has the Italian charm, best location and specially the Amazing Staff Service it’s what's what made the hotel. Take into consideration that in Venice you will arrive by boat and they stop only on one of the sides of the canal. If you select a hotel on the opposite side you will need to cross bridges with stairs only. In this property you will arrive & leave just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the service superb. Everything is walking distance from this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying at this property and I can't say enough about the truly lovely staff! The hotel itself is old and a bit dated but they keep it clean! The location is primo - easy to walk to Piazza San Marco and many other sites of interest. Water taxis and a "boat bus" stop are right out front. It exudes old Italian charm. Great food and wonderful service. Thanks especially to our morning waitresses and Luigi and his team in the afternoons/evenings.

Perfect Venice Location!!
Fantastic hotel. Perfect location in Venice. Staff was very friendly. Room was sizable. Only issue is the small shower but I think that’s typical in Europe. A little noisy being next to the Rialto Bridge but absolutely worth it. Must stay!
