With an independent entrance, it is spread over two floors and consists of a living area with a large fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom on the ground floor, while upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower. There are also two small balconies overlooking the Canale dei Greci.

For greater comfort, our guests will have access to Wi-Fi internet, autonomous heating, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a washing machine, TV and all the necessary kitchen appliances.

Very easy to reach, it is a 5-minute walk from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, which connects you to Marco Polo Airport and other lagoon islands. Walking out of the apartment, in addition to encountering countless shops, restaurants and cafes, you can reach St. Mark's Square in 5 minutes, the Biennale Gardens in 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 12 minutes.

Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
