We really enjoyed our stay, but had trouble sleeping the first night due to the aircon making a terrible noise. Was fixed the next day. Would stay again.

They gave me no vip, I already had a good room. They didn’t give me a food voucher and I already had a suite room so no upgrade which is fair enough. Also asked for late check out and they couldn’t do it because of the busy time which is also fair

Good location
Location was in central Melbourne, close walking distance to everything. Entrance to hotel in a little laneway that had multiple little food venues offering a good choice of food. Considering how reasonably priced this place was it was actually a nice hotel that exceeded my expectations.
