My passport was stolen and staff members informed me that I could travel back to US with the police report. The police told me the same. Yet I was rejected at the airport and after traveling to the airport had to take a train to Milan and spend two days getting an emergency passport at the American embassy. The staff should know how to advise people who have this problem. We were greatly inconvenienced financially and timewise.

This hotel was wonderful. Only a short walk to restaurants and shopping,and many sights to explore. Loved the bar on site to have a drink at the end of the day while watching activity on the grand canal. The breakfast was delicious and the garden area was beautiful and, and meal staff was very attentive. The hotel check in and out was easy and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Water bus right out the front of the hotel. Definitely plan to stay here next time we visit Venice!

It was a beautiful property very well located. Our room was a little warm even with air conditioning, but it may have been that the previous guest did not put on the a/c and the wet hard was very hot. They did bring in a fan as soon as we mentioned it to the staff. Excellent property!

Staff were all very helpful as soon as we walked in. Front desk staff offered map and pointed out a few places close for dinner. We were also given a voucher to roof top deck to a shopping building down Rialto bridge it is a must see for the panoramic view of Venice. No lines as vip access. The room was well presented and very clean. Great location close to walk to most iconic sights. Water taxi close if needed. Very pleasant stay

The staff was particularly wonderful. I arrived from a cruise with an eye infection. Iris helped me get the care I needed. She called the Urgent Care/First Aid doctor to make sure he knew I was on the way. Bobby the bartender was awesome. Wonderful little bar and sitting area to watch out over canal. Breakfast was also wonderful, full of choices and a great wait staff.
