Great room in Venetian style, room was too warm & air conditioning was blowing warm air, no fan was provided either, so sleep was uncomfortable. Otherwise great hotel.

Lovely hotel situated moments away from St Marks Square. The location really is perfect This is my second stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff warm and welcoming and super efficient. Good variety and choice with regards to the breakfast buffet. I had contacted the hotel by e mail in advance of our stay to ensure our room had 2 single beds as I was sharing with my son. I had a reply within a day to acknowledge my request and at check in it was again confirmed. When we arrived our room was set up as requested. A small thing but a reflection on how well the hotel is run.

Nice hotel at a great location. Can walk to all main sites. Staff was friendly and breakfast is a good extra. Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very clean, front desk was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. Everyone that works here was very nice. The breakfast was very good. They were able to accommodate an early check-in.

Wonderful hotel steps from Cathedral San Marco and Doge’s Palace. Excellent breakfast and afternoon tea. Staff are professional, friendly, courteous. Short hike to Rialto bridge. Includes complimentary tour of a Murano glass factory although the ride back drops you off a considerable distance from the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

We traveled to Venice with our two teenagers to do some site seeing. This hotel worked out perfectly for us. It’s about a one minute walk to the water bus and just a few minutes to the Rialto Bridge. There were many restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helped with recommendations and directions. The room was comfortable for the four of us and the kids each had their own bed. Overall, a great value for the money. We were very happy with our stay!
