Second time to Palazzo Barocci and Venice. Excellent location within feet of the Grand Canal and water transportation. Easy and welcoming check-in. Excellent and accommodating staff. Always a wonderful experience.

Hot water comes in and our abruptly. I got burnt. Shower drain was clogged up. AC control doesn’t work. The star rating they have is phony ! I didn’t get what I was promised. I left early and may sue them if they don’t do the right thing. $1500 for this sxxxxxy hotel !

Great property! The staff was so nice and helpful. My only suggestion is to get a private water taxi from the airport to the hotel because lugging suitcases through all the bridges in Venice was a challenge. There is a vaparetto stop right in front of the hotel but you need to make sure you are on the right boat to access it. Would definitely stay here again

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! Stunning right on a boat stop. A little walk for shopping but nothing is far. It was hot and the hotel was air conditioned. Very clean and the small outdoor area is quiet, clean and pretty Been a lot of places and this hotel was up on the list.

Staff is very helpful and always professional. Location was perfect, water shuttle is right in front of hotel. Clean rooms, hot water. Only thing that could be improved. Allow guests to adjust room temperature below 22 Celsius. We tried but it was not allowed to go below that. We called twice to see if someone could change it. Both times people said they would check. Nothing came of it. Thermostat is in hallway in room where AC blows out. So it’s cool in hallway. Problem is, the rest of the room is not by thermostat so it was much warmer. I would guess 25-27C. Try moving thermostat to where people sleep.

Great area with a lovely rooftop bar
Hotel’s location is perfect as it is right outside a boat bus stop and walking distance to the main section of Venice. The rooftop bar is absolutely lovely which amazing views. Staff were absolutely lovely and the welcome drinks were what was needed after a long train journey! Very highly recommended.

Really great hotel
Really nice hotel. I’d stay there again. Comfortable room, great breakfast, great location. Easy walk to St Marco Sq and on the boat line for local/Grand Canal and airport. I dreaded getting to and from the train station and airport but it was very easy, Saint Angelo stop. There is a rooftop bar as well.

Nice hotel, very good location. We were a bit dissatisfied with the level of attention to detail. For the prices the hotel charges, a bottle of complimentary water in the room or some snacks at reception would not go amiss and the level of housekeeping wasn’t as good as it should have been. We stayed in similar categories of hotel elsewhere in Italy where they did go above and beyond.

This place was absolutely wonderful. We had a balcony room overlooking the water. It was spacious and super clean. The front desk staff was exceptional and helped us arrange transportation to Ravenna to board our cruise. Everything was amazing!
