Nice rooms set in mature gardens. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was not busy but very good quality. The Zambezi Bream was delicious. Three items on the dinner menu that changed daily. Breakfast items are started to be put out well before official start time, very handy if you have early morning activities. There is a food shop with cafe attached nearby but a fair walk or taxi ride for more amenities. Excursions and activities do pickups and are on time or generally early. Highly recommended.

A good value lodge in Victoria Falls.
The Lodge is well located and easy to find. The check in was efficient and the staff friendly. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The rooms are all quite close together so noise was an issue sometimes with some of the other guests.

We used the Bayete as a base for our 30th anniversary celebrations. They couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. Outstanding service all round, from housekeeping, front desk, catering, kitchen and gardening. Would highly recommend for Vic Falls and safari. We had wonderful stay at the Bayete. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Great hot shower and water pressure. The property has a lovely garden and pool area and the WiFi connection was fast and always available. The staff was exceptional making sure everything was right and offering suggestions on activities and making reservations to our make our stay hassle free. Would stay here again and recommend.

Bayete Is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are big, very comfortable and private. The staff were very helpful and professional. The guest lodge is a hidden gem. Location is close to town and Victoria Falls, taxis are reasonable. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is included and the restaurant offers lunch and dinner at your cost.

Bayete guest lodge is an oasis in Victoria Falls. The spacious guest houses are surrounded by lush gardens with a nice pool and lovely open air restaurant and bar. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and they are so friendly and ready to share information about their culture. We had a hard time deciding between Bayete and Victoria Falls hotel but after visiting the hotel during our three days in Victoria Falls we are so glad that we chose Bayete. Victoria Falls hotel is very pretty but also quite formal. The relaxed atmosphere of Bayete was more our style.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. I want to especially thank Allen and Norma. Every single staff meme we smiled and said hello. The rooms were made up twice a day with mosquito nets in the evening and it was put away during the day. The food was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is located within 5 minutes drive of Victoria falls. Really peaceful. Very safe town. Loved our stay there. One of the nicest places we have stayed in around the world.
