I loved the fact that there were many plugs, including USB ports on both sides of the bed. This is hugely important to me. I would have liked a restaurant in the hotel, but the Novotel next door had one and it was only a few steps away. Don't even need your coat. My only suggestion for improvement would be to put hooks by the entrance of the room for hanging up jackets.

This is the perfect hotel when you need to get to Vienna Airport. We woke up and 40 minutes later were on a train to VIE. The hotel is just steps from the train station. Perfect in every way. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Decent hotel for a 1 to 2 nights stay, especially if you are coming/ leaving with the train Pros: - Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful - Sizeable shower and bathroom - Convenient location close to the main train station and bus station if leaving Vienna with Flixbus - Close to city bus and metro - Room was quiet and well soundproofed Cons: - No lockbox in room (opted not to have room cleaned throughout stay due to lack of being able to lock up valuables in room) - No refrigerator in room - Rooms have air conditioning, but room quickly became uncomfortably warm with just two people - Fluctuating water temperature in the shower - No ironing board/ iron in room; when asked we were given instructions on how to access the Novotel ironing room (which is attached to the Ibis hotel)
