Poor bedding
Was not comfortable sleep because of the bedding, matters is very poor quality every spring gave pain every part of the body, not enough pillows, 2 flat pillow for 2 person and single size blankets, which is not enough for adult. They don’t have double it’s been replayed.

Brilliant stay
A brilliant stay at Stay Safe. Lovely room very clean and spacious with lots of amenities. Perfect location and near to the landmarks of Vienna. Lovely staff and easy to check in.

Absolutely not a 4-star hotel—just a very cheaply run 3-star hotel. Half the mattress was completely broken-in, which I survived as a solo. Worst surprise was no heat on a night of freezing temperatures: dummy radiator in the bathroom & the forced air system in the bedroom was only a fan despite the heating indicator. 4 hours of cold-interrupted sleep awaited me. No toiletries to boot. Assumed low prices were due to the nearby U-bahn construction & being out of season, but apparently a decent night’s rest is a premium one must buy elsewhere.

They would not let you check in before 3pm even if the room was ready. The shower was small and full of mold. Water drained poorly. Area was not the greatest. The room was spacious enough and supplied us with a kettle and tea/coffee but there was no plug where the kettle was kept - odd

The hotel is great. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with mini fridges. Modern recently refurbished bathrooms. Located just outside the centre there is a bus service just outside and a metro station 5 mins walk. The area is residential so quiet and limited nightlife, a few late convenience stores but then Naschmarkt is 3 bus stops away so not a problem. Room storage space was a little limited for 2 people for 4 nights.

The check-in staff was pleasant and welcoming. The only thing was that the room was hot, and we could not get the a/c to work. The breakfast was good, like a continental breakfast. Rooms and towels were clean.

Very nice and modern hotel in the downtown of the beautiful Vienna. Very convenient for gay guests as most clubs and sauna are nearby. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Just some power outlets would be nice to have next to the bed, and the toilet pan could be not so close to the wall. But rest than that was excellent.

Really good Only moan was breakfast at €13 each for basically Cold boiled eggs A hot dog (Luke warm) And €20 euro for a 2 hour late check out when we were told our room isn’t booked out and if customer service had any idea they would have let us stay and we would be loyal customers

when we arrived to the hotel, there was nobody at the reception. after five-ten minutes waiting we could check-in and went to our room. Sheets didn't seem perfectly clean but werent dirty as well. however, the real problem is that the stuff is mean. they behave like they are working for free and they grudgingly take action if you state anything insufficient or absence.
