Hi I wrote a couple of weeks ago but no response, we stayed at the Meriton Suites Waterloo. We booked a king bed but this was clearly 2 single beds pushed together and it was very uncomfortable where the 2 beds joined, this was a special night for my wife and I and we pretty much had to sleep on seperate sides/beds, very disappointing. I booked this hotel as it says on your website it has a pool and a gym, this is not correct, it's not even on the same property, you have to walk down the street 5 minutes to another property which was not ideal with my current injury, so we could not get to the pool. We booked this hotel for a king bed and the pool and are very disappointed, I am a loyal Hotels.com customer and would appreciate your understanding with this situation.

I booked this to work at Sydney uni as everywhere was booked out or too expensive. Meriton is a little further way but still accessible. Great local restaurants. Accessing he apartment was a little inconvenient in having to walk outside and around the block but the apartment was very comfortable. I will return.

Was unaware that the hotel didn’t take cash payments over $100, so the money I had prepared to pay for the trip was useless. The room smelt very unclean, the carpets were not vacuumed and the towels were stained. We also had a leak from the fridge that pooped water all over the kitchen floor creating a slip hazard. Very poor for the amount of money we spent to rent the property out.

Stayed here to attend a concert at Allianz - easy ride to stadium in an Uber and a quick walk down the street to Coles and Aldi. There were also various takeaway and sit down food options nearby. The property was clean and modern with off-site parking and friendly staff. I would stay here again next time.
