I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you!

Very nice and cozy place

The soaring high ceilings add to the sense of space and opulence. The room was impeccable, featuring a mattress that ensured a blissful night’s sleep and a shower that felt like a spa experience. The service was flawless—attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: a delectable spread of fresh and flavorful options that catered to every taste. Conveniently located directly opposite the central train station, the hotel also offers the rare luxury of free and easy parking, making it a perfect choice for travelers. Servis a snídaně byly excelentní!

Very comfortable- we had a small apartment and it was a great space to relax in at the end of the day. Everything in Tatranska Lomnica was walkable from the hotel.

The only thing I did not like about it is that you need to pay 80 Euros to use hot tub every time , plus dress code to go to dinner .
