1Bedroom sleeps 4 people. All units above the first floor have an oceanfront facing balcony off of the living room. If there is a first floor unit available, it would have a patio that walks out to the boardwalk/beach instead of a balcony. Full kitchen and living room. Linens included and shower and pool towels also included. 1 parking spot included free in the parking garage across the street from the resort. Need more than one unit? Message me! Please note, these are Timeshare units with full kitchens, not hotel units. This resort is half timeshare, half hotel. You are not a hotel guest when you rent these units, you are timeshare guest and there are different rules/regulations since the timeshare units have a full size refrigerator unlike the hotel units. There is NO FREE BREAKFAST for ANY guests, currently this resort DOES NOT offer breakfast at all to any guests. Also, since you are timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask!

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. after reserving/booking a week in reference to the unit they are renting.
Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $100 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental. Unit has a FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR!
**NO GUARANTEE ON ANY AMENITIES AT THE RESORT BEING OPEN, WE DON'T HAVE CONTROL OVER THE POOL, ETC. AS THEY ARE REGULATED BY COVID RESTRICTIONS, SO PLEASE CHECK DIRECTLY WITH THE RESORTS BEFORE YOUR VACATION.

For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep and cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems! No daily housekeeping.
Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (Barclay Towers Resort) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. nor the Landlord/Owner has control over “The Resort” or the cleaning company hired by the resort and Tenant(s) agrees to hold neither VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or Landlord/Owner responsible for any delay in occupancy. The rental guarantees UNIT/LODGING ACCOMODATIONS ONLY. WE make no promise as to the availability of ANY or ALL amenities at the resort.
