There were a few front desk personnel that just had really bad attitudes. Celeste was awesome I met her Tuesday but then the girl that v took over for her that night was absolutely hideous. Worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Doors locked way before the sign said they would be and she was just totally rude. I was very disappointed. Now not all your staff were rude but there were a few.

Blood stain on the bed, they had me move rooms and the other room had hair and dirty sheets and half of the things in the room were broken. The shower kept loosing water pressure. The staff were very rude. Highly recommend somewhere else.

Great hotel in south VA Beach!
This is a great hotel! I was on a solo trip and felt very comfortable and safe here. There's a great restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, and plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is $10/day, but that's a deal for this area, and you park in the garage on the same floor as your room. Super convenient! The free breakfast had a pretty good variety that changed daily; the waffles are especially good. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was large and comfortable, it was located in a nice quiet area compared to the rest of the boardwalk. The deck was roomy The View was wonderful and the staff was kind and very helpful. I was so pleased with the Hilton that I booked an extra day.

Didn't like that i had no choice but to be on second floor and instead of going on my balcony in hopes to overlook the beach...instead we were looking at the roof of the downstairs restaurant... not good. The breakfast food tasted bad to me... so bad that we literally paid cash to eat somewhere else on our second night... disappointed. For almost paying $400 for 2 nights... we expected a lot better. Also the pool was supposed to be heated... it was cold.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel was clean and well managed. The room and amenities were clean and well maintained and breakfast was great. We loved the location and convenience of the parking garage. We were traveling with our dog and found the hotel very pet-friendly. Look forward to returning!

Nice room/view. Unfortunately guest services lacking. Despite having Do Not Disturb sign (they're equivalent of "time to sleep/time to relax). They came knocking of door two days in a row so they could check internet signal. The first day i let them in, as they said tge "time to relax" sign didnt apply to them. The second time was more complex. After telling them "no" to their request to enter my room, their contracted employee tried to sneak in with a maintenance request to unclog bathtub drain and when told no he couldnt enter exclaimed "i don't have time for that, duck this" the hotel employee who was to unclog bath then said he'd talk to manager. We found ourselves on the same elavator to speak to mabaget. The manager was decent, but showed no reaction to contracted employees cursing in presence of guests, but asked "did you slam the door on them"? As i told him i just wanted a few ubdisturbed, peaceful days after sone health diagnoses had kept me quiet for some time. This was late October in Va Beach, and t hff e parking deck showed them to be far from occupancy. Nice hotel, but im alarmed that guests privacy has such a low priority with even the hotel manager. I am happy to say that after our blowout on day 2 of my stay i was not disturbed anymore
