Hotel is nice and clean. No parking lot on the side. Extra $50/ paid parking of 2cars. Disappointed about my requested on lower floor when we booked week ago, but we didn’t have it. We were arranged on 10th floor, too scared to look down at the beach..

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and very polite and caring staff. After a ten hour trip with four kids, check in was quick and unlaoding luggage with help was fantastic. We will absolutely stay here again our next trip.

Goods: I loved the room key bracelets! Prompt service when requested and friendly staff! Clean hotel. Great location! Bads: Parking lot across the street, it’s safe and it wasn’t terrible but it’s better having it right out of the building. There are not usb ports in the room. The microwave light might bother if not tolerant to light at night. There was no shower gel before the check-in. The microwave tray almost fell to the carpet since it was not steady, it could’ve caused an accident. The automatic bathroom light might also be painful at night since it turns on just by walking in the hallway, that forced the bathroom door to be closed all the time to avoid the light to frequently turn on.

This trip truly was amazing. Rena made check in an absolute breeze and when we decided to extend our stay she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She is an asset to this property for sure. Kelly one of the service ladies at daily breakfast is so cheerful and a joy to see every morning. She makes the start to our day so bright and really is amazing. I would absolutely stay here next summer when we plan on visiting again.
