Hotel stay was going fine until about 3/4am into last night of stay. Heard a dripping in the bathroom. Found water in the floor. By the time an hour went by there was a loud pop. Found the roof caving and water coming through it.

My last day I got to see a family of Dolphins. The sun was on the horizon and it was such a spectacular sight. Also the display of the Christmas lights on the boardwalk was beautiful!!! I love, Love, LOVED The Hyatt. EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT!! The parking sucked☹️! $20.00 a day for parking. Please be vigilant walking to and from the garage, being that it’s not connected to the hotel. Thanks Hyatt! I had the best stay😊

We have visited this hotel on several occasions. Specifically, the last four Thanksgivings etc. Yet, the hotel did not even acknowledge that I was a returning guess. The front valet remains an issue. I adjusted to the offsite parking (no valet parking) but the valet literally watched me struggle with all my bags, dog, and child and THEN offered to bring my bags to my room after I loaded everything on the car. I think they expect black people not to tip because I noticed that every time I visit this hotel they don’t assist but they always assist white guest. The next guest (white) was greeted and they immediately began unloading his stuff. I am excellent tipper so that would be their loss. Apart from that, our stay was very good. We love the location and that we can bring our dog at a reasonable costs.

When we booked, the hotel was offering a 6am breakfast, but it's now only available at 7, an annoyance and planning issue for anyone trying to get to early events. Having advertised the time accurately would have been helpful for our planning.
