I liked the fact that the property was pet friendly, the grounds outside were dirty. Lots of trash in the parking lot and grassy areas. The check in clerk was rude. She seemed offended that she had to put her phone call on mute to check us in, she sat the whole time and just acted like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Bad part was, the manager was on her phone right beside her. We also asked for shampoo and conditioner for our room since the dispensers in the shower were empty. When we left, we still had no shampoo or conditioner.

The staff was nice. Breakfast was nice. The condition of the elevator was very poor. There were stains on the floor, the doors were dirty and it was not appealing at all.
