Not worth the hype
I booked this for the last night of our honeymoon because I thought it would be nicer than our stay at the Hyatt Place but I was very wrong. There was no valet just a stressful parking garage. The room was ocean view which I thought would be ocean front. It was very small, the balcony I could hop over and be on our neighbors balcony if I wanted so no privacy at all. Costumer service was fine. It took a very long time to check in even though there was only one person in front of me and it took long to check out as well. This is a resort and maybe I should have done my research better. But if you just want a nice hotel on the ocean front you won’t get what you pay for. The best part of the hotel is Orian’s Roof which is our favorite restaurant on the ocean front.

This resort was amazing!!!! Celebrated my 59th Birthday and had a blast!! It all started with Kay at the front desk! She was amazing! My Ocean front view was amazing! I woke every morning to see the sunrise♥️ spectacular!! I will be back and I do recommend that you come out and enjoy!!

Marriot Virginia Beach Ger-a-way!
We loved it. Felt like I was in the Bahamas on a secluded island. Relaxing, clean, good food, good service, Adirondack chairs to watch the beach--oh yeah, the beach!! We will come back next October!
