We only stayed couple of nights at the end of our Vietnam vacation. The property is beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom villa which was modern, big, clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we ended up there during the monsoon season so we only enjoyed couple of hours on the beach and by the private pool attached to the villa. Breakfast was included and was good, full of options. We were in the level villa and we could enjoy access to the lounge where we could enjoy afternoon snacks and drinks including alkohol. Other than that the property has only 2 restaurants that are quite pricey for Vietnam. But we really enjoyed our time there. We wanted couple of relaxing days after touring Vietnam for 10 day and we were able to relax! I was disappointed that in the villa only water was complimentary. We stayed in 4 other 5 starts hotels while in Vietnam and everywhere else snacks and beer was also complimentary.

Watch your surrounding while walking
It was amazing , nice place to stay at the villa. The bad things was no any other restaurant outside the resort, you are binding to dine inside the resort. there are 2 restaurants and the foods was costly. Be careful when you walk inside the resort especially at dusk , I saw a 3 feet black snake pass in front of me at the lawn and coconut fell off from the tree 6 feet on my side.

This suppoose to be 4 to 5 start resort Over all resort is very nice clean beautiful and comfort Only 2 things i think the corporate need to deeply consider otherwise the hotel will start losing its star rating to 3 star hotel For the amount of money paid the check process like a 2.5 to 3 star hotel. It is overcrowded overwhelmed the wait time to get room way too long alwaya close to 4pm as specified so dont expect to come around 2pm and think u can check in while check out time is 12 noon..no reason it take 4 hour to clean a room or they need to hire more clean crew.. Also way way too many group tourist booking which mean it bring many sorts of guest with different status meaning the atmosphere and environment is completely not the same as you would host typical guests who value and willing and appreciate 4 to 5 star hotels.. It just way too much it take away the ambiance of 4 or 5 star hotel resort And breakfast always over crowded have to wait for table and get inline for foods.. Just not the type of 4 star hotel im used to.. They just need to cut down the capacity.. Or soon this hotel will be down grade to 3 star The resort built way too nice and too pretty We are loooking forward to come back when we visit vietnam again but management need to deeply consider some improvement on guest selection..avoid tour group as much as possibly...

they are how they are advertised. what we saw on the website is exactly what we got. it was definitely worth the money we spent to stay here. only heads up to give is to book your shuttle back and forth as soon as you can or they will be fully booked fast.

Beautiful property but terrible service and food quality. Staff are untrained to the level of Melia and do not understand what we are trying to tell them. Also falsely advertised as 5 star because the facilities at the healthclub and spa are paid extras (something which we found out after checking in) which is not the norm in any 5 star hotel. after bringing everything to the attention of the guest relationship manager all they said was "Thank you for your feedback" no apologies and no attempt to try and compensate for our experiences

clean room, nice pool but that about it..
room is nice and clean. pool is nice but bar has limmited choice. restaurant brezze is excetional pricy. we had 6 black tiger prawn ... it cost us 120$..we reaose later is wa 280/kg..... for tiger prawn... yes. 280/kg. service is extremely slow, 30min to get ice deliver to your room, room cleaning only happen if you ask front desk.. i was there for three days, i have to request all three day otherwise they wont do it. not very helpful. .

The staff was phenomenal, service was Devine. Free shuttle service from D2 Hcmc provided if needed. Husband had food poisoning prior to arrival and staff sent get well fruit platter with a card was very sweet. Our room was on the highest level floor 17th with ocean view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best Banh Xeo/Banh Khot! Thank you for the experience, we will come back with our children.

The front desk/ manager was delightful, our room was on 17th floor ocean view, absolutely beautiful! 24hr gym is downstairs as well as breakfast buffet. Breakfast was spectacular, highly recommend. They even offer honeycomb honey :) the beach was a walk away. Free shuttle bus from hcmc to & from which makes travelling to Melia very easy. Will come back :))

The only negative reoccuring issue were when some of the staffing that lack the understanding of English and simply just nodded or seem to recite a script which had nothing to do with the question asked. Also there were employees that did not provide service but kept asking for reviews which was off putting. Also a lot of the activities the employee in charge did not explain anything and just give you the fishing pole or just put you in the boat, we were hoping some guidance but ended up just having to figure things on our own.

The resort is wonderful. We stayed in a Level Villa - which was a next level experience. Great service with dedicated staff, free poolside cocktails daily and beautiful villa with private pool. This was a real wow experience and would recommend it highly. It is more of a destination though and not a lot around outside of the resort. We added this to a HCM trip, which was really the best of both worlds. Would go again.

The resort’s amenities are amazing. The room is well-designed, spacious and super clean. The staffs are super welcome and nice and always care about the guests feedbacks and opinions. One of my best resort experience. Highly recommended.

We took a toddler and teenager and the staff where incredible. 2 bed apartment was beautiful and clean and plenty of things to do within the resort. Make sure to buy the food and drinks package, we didnt thinking we would have options outside the resort - there is none and its expensive to purchase once there.
