Lovely staff.

This property was perfectly located, walking distance to every turistic place. Was clean, the staff was very sweet, and they have free water, coffe and hot chocolate at the lobby. Breakfast was amazing also. I would definitely recommend.

Convenience of hotel location to rental cars

Excellent stay. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and cosy.

Great new hotel in the middle of old town Antwerp. It's location is really good. You are a very short walk from the main squares and shops. All around are cafés and restaurants. The hotel is pretty much new and that shows. Rooms are nice, beds are perfect. Maybe not the biggest bathroom, but it has everything you need for a few nights away. Most of your time will be spent around town hopefully. The Hotel has nice staff, the bar is fantastic and always open and the breakfast is nice in the mornings. Great place to stay in a great city!

I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. It was opened on Sunday night but I was not available. I went down on Monday night and it was closed again. You can still have a drink and bar food in the main foyer, but it is a different ambience.
