Upon check-in we made sure our room would have bed made and clean towels the next day. That never happened. At 5p we were told the cleaning staff had left. At 5:30p they were cleaning the room across the hall. Went to dinner, came back...still nothing.

La puerta del cuarto 230 está extremadamente dura Principalmente por tratarse de una accesibilidad La regadera tira muy poca agua. La silla de la regadera le falta una pata. La pared de la regadera está desprendida. Los apagadores no funcional. Solo uno está operable.

Great breakfast! Cynthia the chef went out of her way to make sure we liked everything. Property was clean. Area was a little noisy on Friday night. I would stay here again.

Checked in with no issues. Water pressure for showering ranks as worst I have ever stayed to date. Wife has long hair and wasn’t enough pressure for her to wash it. Mentioned to staff but they had no clue. However, they mentioned our reservation was for only 1 night which I was able to show confirmation for 2 nights. Staff related they would check and contact which never happened. Breakfast was average at best. This was definitely not up to Hyatt Place standards. Very disappointing.
