Nice stay
We had a nice stay for two nights. When we checked in we asked for a cot but were told there was a sofabed so imagined the sofa was made up. When we got to the room the “sofabed” was more of a narrow chaise lounge and there was no extra bedding for it. As it was late we made do without. Otherwise our stay was lovely. Great location, kind staff

Great hotel overall in amazing location. However, the pickup/parking situation is not great. Very little space to stop and unload or load luggage

My daughter lost her passport and the reception staff were amazing making photocopies for me and calling around Also we were there for the Taylor Swift concert and they had a bracelet making station and photo op. Very cute!

Not impressed with Novotel .
Avoid Novotel while in Warszawa. It's mostly a reminiscent of communistic times. The parking garage is in terrible condition with marks on the walls all over the place from other cars running against very tight walls. The rooms are small and not so clean and mostly uncomfortable. The only good thing is breakfast buffet and proximity to the Stadium. We were in town to see Taylor Swift and she killed it.
