Everyone was very nice, an easy walk to Capital One Arena. Clean room. However, it seems like whenever I book/pre-pay through Expedia I get a sub-optimal room. End of corridor with a view of a vacant office space immediately outside the window.

It was a clean and new hotel. Better than other Marriot properties. The gym was really good and they have a nice roof top bar as well.

Our room had gunk on the floor throughout the room. Not sure if it was from the previous stay or from the cleaners. If there are emergency vehicles driving by with sirens or noisy neighbors be prepared to hear everything. The parking situation didn’t seem clear. The AC Hotel website says LAZ Parking is available but it is $40, not reimbursed. You can also use valet for a ridiculous $60 at the hotel. Seems scammy.
