I emailed customer service about this and never heard back and I don’t know the current state but one of the elevators was broken for all of our stay and it sounds like it was broken months leading up to our stay so there was only one elevator operable for a pretty busy hotel. We were staying on the ninth floor and we found that it was quicker to just take the stairs, but it was really exhausting and I noticed there were a lot of elderly guests as well who wouldn’t have that as an option so I really suggest putting resources and time into fixing and maintaining both elevators. Other than that, the staff was really kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Good location. Only complaint is that the room was on the 2nd floor which made it easy to hear all the street noises.. lots of sirens in DC. Also the gym was next door and people exercising in the morning woke me up.

I didn't like the Company Guarantee deposit of $300 during the check in , since they already have your credit card information, amount that will be credit to your account 5 days after checking out. Cockroaches visit in the dining room during breakfast serving.

We had a very good stay in a very convenient location, walkable to most attractions. Breakfast was great and plentiful with courteous, helpful staff, as was our room assistant who cleaned every day of our 4 night stay. 2 double beds were comfortable and the fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities very useful. The only downside were the two lady receptionists who were abrupt and bad tempered. The men on the other hand were helpful and friendly.

The staff was great! On the day I arrived on Friday, I like the cookies. The Amtrak was late and the last batch of cookies were gone. Front desk guy, said there might be some cooking up. My wife and I was waiting on our Uber. The Front desk guy came running out and called me by name to let me know the cookies were in, better come on!! :) That was special! thanks again!!
