The restaurant staff were very rude! I went to the restaurant for lunch-to go back to my room. I ordered two meals . One was for my boyfriend, the house burger w/out tomato. That was the only ingredient I asked to have removed. They gave me a plain burger well done and I asked for medium well. When my boyfriend woke up to eat his food we contacted the restaurant immediately. The woman began yelling at my boyfriend saying it wasn’t her and the lunch staff left and all he wanted to know was if they could correct the mistake. She then stated she would call back. She called back 30 minutes later and began yelling at me and repeating that she was really busy and it wasn’t her. I explained that all we wanted was to remedy the situation. She then says to bring the food back down , which my boyfriend did. Upon his arrival she started yelling at him how busy she was at the bar. He said to her ok, take your time I just want the food order to be corrected. Not once did she offer an apology. We never yelled at her or became angry we just wanted it fixed. I have never experienced being yelled at for a mistake made by the restaurant. Awful service and experience!

We had a great trip. Hotel was wonderful. We ate there one day and it was really good. They had lots of restaurants near by which we enjoyed also. Location was perfect for getting to Washington monument for Patriot games.

Beautiful hotel convenient to the airport. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was nice however the shower did not work. It was either cold or scalding. We reported it to the front desk however it didn’t get fixed and we heard nothing more about it. Room# 616.

Good property with loud A/C
Overall, it's a nice place to stay. Cleanliness was pretty good. My one complaint is that the air conditioner is an in-room unit and is extremely loud while it's arriving at whatever temperature you set. It takes a long time to arrive at that temperature, but once there, it mercifully calms down into a less annoying noise level, where you can hear yourself think.
