loved the size and layout of rooms! it is close to public transportation and plenty of walkable dining and shopping options. only downside is there is no lobby staff to help with luggage transport. laundry is not in the room but not a deal breaker. i would stay here again if visiting Ueno area.

Love the location- how close it was to Ameyoko and Ueno station. There’s also a 7 eleven nearby for our water and snacks. Laundry was easy and not too crowded. Check out was online and a breeze. A few things we didn’t like: lack of receptionist manning the front (can’t help with forwarding luggage) and that our trash wasn’t cleared. All in all was a great stay and good value.

Great location. Near a few train stations. Check in and out was a breeze despite there being no live concierge. Rooms are spacious unlike most other hotels in Tokyo.

Stayed there for 6 days with my family. It is in a great location that is safe and quiet. It is about 4 minutes walking distance from Okachimachi Station. The museum district is about 5 minutes away via train...Okachimachi to Ueno Station. There were also lots of dining options close by.

Worked well for our family of five. Location is good - close to main train station, dining, and supermarket yet in a quiet back street. Room size was ok - we were out most of the time and it was fine to shower and sleep in and eat a quick breakfast. Check in and out was straightforward.

This is a great family option ! Well located in Ueno, close to transport and a lot of fun dining and shopping options. The check in/ out is all automatic and super easy. Property has great beds, lots of space for four adults

Excellent hotel in an amazing location. Hotel was clean, quiet, nicely styled and very comfortable. Room was a good size with bunks and 2 double beds which was perfect for a family of 3 adults and 1 teen. The appartement was at a nice location. We walked to Akihabara every day (you could take the train, but we liked the walk there). The room was very spacious and had enough room for us to spend our last days and reorganize our suitcases with al the souvenirs we bought! The shower was very nice as well.
