The Warf is a great area for dining and entertainment and convenient to the Hill. Hyatt House always provides clean and modern rooms and highly recommend.

Rooms are pretty small. Hitch in the middle of the room with a giant TV is an odd design choice. Doesn’t leave much usable space in the room. But it was clean, and the hotel’s location is excellent.

The property is on the Wharf, a beautiful location. We enjoyed the swings and the fire on our evening walks. The breakfast was good. The staff was happy to help. The staff called for quick taxi transport. The staff had genuine smiles! Best choice for our DC trip!
